Welcome to Prinkl! Prinkl is a platform designed to enable you to create custom print-ready photogrid files from your personal images stored on your devices, including your phone, computer, and social media photos.
Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Prinkl website and services. By accessing or using any part of the Prinkl website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access the Prinkl website or use any services. These Terms apply to all users of the Prinkl website, including visitors and registered users.
Use of Instagram™ Photos
Prinkl utilizes the Filestack API (Application Programming Interface) but is not endorsed or certified by Filestack or its affiliates. When using your Instagram photos on the Prinkl website, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of Filestack™, which can be reviewed at: https://www.filestack.com/terms/
Ownership and Operation
The Prinkl website, located at Prinkl.com, is owned and operated by Prinkl. Your use of the Prinkl website is subject to your acceptance of all the terms and conditions contained in these Terms and any other operating rules, policies (including Prinkl's Privacy Policy), and procedures that may be published on the Prinkl website from time to time (collectively, the "Agreement").
Age Requirement
The Prinkl website is available only to individuals who are at least 13 years old. By using the Prinkl website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old.

Invalid provisions will be construed to reflect the parties' intent, and remaining portions will remain in effect. Prinkl's failure to enforce any term is not a waiver.
